Future Foundations has paid for Penina to begin Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy at Milalani Polytechnic College.

Future Foundations sponsored Mapenzi after she completed primary school. Mapenzi studied at Muyeye Polytechnic College and completed a certificate in Hair Dressing and Beauty Therapy in 2019. We are delighted that Mapenzi has now set up her own hair saloon by being given a grant by another Kenyan organisation in order to buy equipment.

Future Foundations paid for Julius to complete secondary school and Certificate in Business Management at college.
"I take this opportunity to thank Future Foundations for sponsoring me to go high school because if wasn’t for Future Foundations I don’t know where I could be now. I really face a lot of difficulties such as lack of food, shelter, lack of pens and book to be used at school and I sometimes go to school on an empty stomach because I am coming from a poor family. I really appreciate and feel blessed by being in high school through the Future Foundations project."
Mambo successfully finished four years at secondary school and was able to get into college to do an electrician course which Future Foundations sponsored. He is now a qualified Electrician and is in employment and is earning a good wage. This enables him to support himself and his family.

All funds received will be used directly to support young people from poor backgrounds in Kenya into further education and also to provide them with any educational materials they require. "In my Community many girls getting married at younger age, they are not going to school beyond class eight or form (year 4). This is mainly because by maybe their parents/guardians are not well off in terms of financially. I want to be a Champion for girl education and this will be a good example for the coming generation, they will use or see it as their footsteps."
Future Foundations sponsored Emily to study Chain Management at college. This qualification will allow Emily the opportunity to gain a good career and inspire other young girls into further education.
